I dont know what to do

Dr last five years I developed these thing, a hurting feeling like fire at the back of my left neck which later developed to a hurting feeling inside my ear, blurred view and always having high fever.later I developed spasm all over my body.Inside my head later started hurting like it was set on fire.I dont use to concentrate on studies and it made me have a poor result in my level 1.Later I started having insomnia and right waist pain also with the previous.The pain later migrated to the left waist.I became so dark(skin change)I later started having stomach upset and cold(severe) most at times in the morning.All the time I felt dizzy.Some things I cant remember now.I used to feel serious head ache at the left part of my head.But I later started reading like never before to meet up despite what I have.The ear pain developed to a sensation in my head and now its on the other ear and my head feels as if something is in it.Sometimes developed serious pain in the eyes which made me not be able to look at lights because it hurts.My hands(palm) later started shaking and and the spasm now I feel on my scrotum(sometimes)and anus.Heart burn,cough and catarrh.Presently my palms are shaking,head dizzy,feel feverish,waist ache,spasm everywhere on my body and eyes seldom shake,cant spend more time reading and cant cram/memorize somethings(I studied Biochemistry;pathways).If I play football,I develop serious fever,cold and others that would bring me down and I would treat malaria.I used to kiss with my girlfriend but no sex,now she started developing some kind of symptoms similar to mine(she used to have severe waist pain,fever,sometime complained of ear pain, skin sometimes change.heart burn,cold,catarrh and that she dont feel like herself again etc.Pls what is this and what is the solution because I and my girl wants to come back to ourselves?All these started before I met my girl and it continued after.Reply urgently.Pls(crying),help us!!What are all these?
