I dont know

Around june 20th I developed a sore throat. I took nyquil and my neck glands started to swell up.(I know because  I drunk too much and ma cuzin drunk the same stuff and his began to swell). I went to the doctor not knowing the nyquil made my neck swell and they diagnosed me with tonsillitis and said I has a slight fever! I took the amoxicillin and broke out in hives the next morning. I went back to the doctor he told me that it wasnt the amoxicilin so I kept takin it for the next three days or so! My glands went down like a day later. I stop taking them cuz I just had a funny feeling about taking them! A week pass and I notice my skin starting to peel but I didnt really pay attention to it~ Then I developed muscle pain! I also developed as spot on my stomach that looks like ingrained dirt! I thought I had Hiv cuz I read the symptoms and went and got tested(Negative)! My hands were starting to peel and I was getting muscle aches and stiffness! I pretty much figured that I did indeed have an allergic reaction to the pills~ As my skin started to recover from the peeling, the muscle pains went away for alittle!(for a month and a half they would just randomly pop up)!  I got another HIV test a month and half later(negative).

My question is since I overdosed on the Amoxicillin can it still be giving muscle pain for two months on and off or is it something else?
ANd can amoxicillin mess with your liver if you overdose?
What the heck did this spot come from?

Please make sure that you do not have MRSA. Check on that spot because you could have a staph infection there.
Look this up in google:

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

check and see if you apply to this

Did you go out in the sun when you were on the medicine? Some meds react with the sun and can cause a rash like you have that is peeling, As for the spot probably its nothing so longs as there are no changes. The muscle pains could be contributed to the fact that the infection settled into the muscles and it will take a while before it is all out of your system or you may need another round of antibiotics if it continues. If this was caused by the strep virus then you could be resistant to the drugs that were given to you and may need to try another before it works.

Good luck!
