I feel like I'm in labor, but I know for sure I am not pregnant!?

I feel like I'm in labor ( I have a child, so I'm not just exaggerating, I feel like how I felt after they started the potossin drop at the hospital). There's so much pain and pressure I can barely breathe. Like something inside me is pushing against my abdominal walk and trying to push out. There's even pressure down my vaginal canal like I need to push or something. I had the laparoscopy surgury to check for endometriosis. All they saw (and fixed) was a patch of inflamed veins that they cauterized. He said I have some fibroids on my ovaries, but it didn't look like they'd cause any trouble. I've had ultrasounds and everything. Except it seems like every time I go in, I'm not having a very painful day, so mayne that's why they can't find anything. But right now it hurts so bad I can't close my legs fully together, and I can barely walk. I'm really just out of ideas.

Hi origamidreams.
Well this is my take on this:
The patch of inflamed veins could be part of the increased blood supply
along with the growth of neurons in the explored area, in a process known as Neurongiogenesis- which is consistent with Endometriosis.
Endometriotic growths can create their own blood and nerve supply, providing the basis for an additional set of pain symptoms, independent of the main symptoms of Endometriosis.
When the Endometriotic growths are not detectable by Laparoscopy, a biopsy would be the only way to rule out Endometriosis 100%.
I suggest you look into this possibility, before moving to other investigations.
Now, in the event that a biopsy was indeed taken, which was not mentioned
in your post, please ignore my post at its entirety.
Let us know how things develop.
Best wishes,
Niko
