I get a weird taste in my mouth

O.k I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my extremities, and when I bend over, I get a funny taste in my mouth. I feel close to passing out often. This happens while sitting, standing, or laying down. I also feel very anxious and jittery during these episodes. I am otherwise in good health, no chronic problems or illnesses. Any suggestions, and/or advice?

ok. sorry i am a 24 year old female. i also experience mild nausea with the episodes. I'm also not taking any medication.
