I have horrible symptoms and I can't figure it out HELP

It all started a month ago with my vision I started to see lots and lots of floaters I saw flashing lights at the side of my eye I sometimes saw things move I guess you could say it was double vision. and just recently my eye has become sore. Shortly after my vision problems happened I became very dizzy the room won't stop spinning type of dizzy. I am also at times extremely nauseous. Sometimes my hands feel weird like a numb tingly feeling and they feel like they're burning (mostly my right hand) My right hand is also very weak. The dizziness is constantly there and hasn't gone away for a whole month. The vision problems come and go and so does the numbness and tingly feeling in my hand. I went to the doctor who referred me to an opthamologist who said that my optic nerve was hemorrhaging when I asked him why he said he didn't know so he sent me to a neurologist who sent me for an MRI and a CT scan. The CT scan came back normal and I get the results from the MRI on Monday. While I have been waiting I went to another doctor who referred me to an ENT specialist because he thought it was an inner ear infection. That doctor said nothing is wrong with my ears.
Has anyone had similar symptoms? Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with me? Does anyone know what causes the optic nerve to hemorrhage? I've looked it up but can't find anything. I just have a feeling that the MRI will be normal and then I'll be right back at the beginning trying to find more doctors who will tell me that nothing is wrong even though I know something is because this is not normal. I just can't handle the dizziness anymore it's the worst symptom I have. I'm scared that i'm going to go blind. I would really appreciate any help at all.
Btw, I'm a 25 year old female.
Thanks

I am a 26 YO male and have been having similar problems for over a year. I saw many specialists and had a whole host of tests done, with no diagnosis. All I can tell you is to keep on trying to figure this out, but also realize that you may never find out. Doctors can be really hesitant to make a diagnosis unless they have hard proof to support it. And often, they aren't concerned about your condition unless you are gravely ill (this is based on my own experience).
