I have symptoms which haven't been diagnosed

Since Christmas I have had chest pains left and right shortness of breath on the odd occasion had the shakes. The first time this happened I was sick. I get pins and needles in my legs and head. And just recently have been feeling sick all the time and my tongue tingles.  I've had an EGC and a bone scan both have come back fine.  My bloods have come back fine but every time I have had a urine test there has been blood in it. First I was diagnosed with a uti and broncitus the next time I was diagnosed with a kidney infection and then when I was in hospital told me I didn't have a kidney infection. So I have no idea or do the doctors as to what is going on
Please help
