I have vaginal pain, with a lot of other symptoms, can you help me ?

I am sorry ahead of time, because this is a lot. Here is a little background about me, I am a nineteen year old female and eat healthy for the most part. About one year ago, I had a rash all over my body from a allergic reaction. The main area the rash affected my body was my labia. I was very swollen. My skin has been very sensitive since then, I must stay away from perfumes and scented objects. It is not unusual for my labia to become swollen and itchy since then. Now fast forward to two - three months ago. I was at a festival walking and noticed I was getting very itchy and swollen on my labia. I was urinating an insane amount, I thought it could be a UTI, but the urinating was not accompanied by a burning sensation. I went to urgent care that day, and I was diagnosed with a UTI. I took my antibiotics and felt great. Two weeks later, I was urinating almost every twenty minutes, accompanied by pelvic sharp pain, bladder pain, pain during sex, and severe irregular periods, and moderate-severe lower back pain. I went back to Urgent Care and they said my pee was clear. They told me to go to my primary doctor. I ended up having my urine being tested four times, every time my pee was clear. My doctor gave me another set of antibiotics with pain killers for ten more days. She also told me to be bed rest. The pain became severe, but over the course of the medication I got better. ( I am not a fan of painkillers, because I can't take them with my inhaler. )  I was suppose to see my doctor after I finished the antibiotics, but the office says they are super busy and gave me an appointment three weeks later. They told me, to still stay in bed all the time. After I finished my antibiotics I was having a huge change in bowl movements. Usually I poop once every 2-3 days. I was having severe pain going to the bathroom, with black spots within the stool. I was passing stool 1-3 time a day. I was suffering from pass pains too. Some days I would be constipated, others I would have extremely soft stool.  I felt like I could never compete a bowl movement, with tons of mucus in my poop. I was also urinating a lot, and developed a bump on my right labia lip. I decided to go to Urgent Care, and they told me, I might have a yeast infection and hemorrhoid, the doctor also said the lump is nothing to worry about it is just a mucus cyst. I was treated for both conditions ( not the cyst ). The yeast infection medication burned my labia, when it dripped out of my vagina. After taking the oral and cream medication for my yeast infection, it went away. The hemorrhoid cream was not helping. Honestly I believe I never had a hemorrhoid. I did some online searching and decided to add a lot more fiber in my diet. (35.5 grams) I stopped eating raw vegetables too. I feel a lot less pain and slowly got better. Now I only have a bowl movement once a day, and am in a lot less pain. I am still bed rest, I feel so weak. I am taking vitamin D, vitamin B, and cranberry pill everyday. I am on here because I am having random mild-moderate sharp pain in lower pelvic reign. I also have pain inside my vaginal canal, dull, achy, fullness. I have been naked in my bed the past month, and it makes me uncomfortable. I can not wear any clothing near my labia or a swell up and get itchy and pain. All my clothes are washed with extremely sensitive soap and I use sensitive everything. I called my doctor office yesterday, to make an appointment they told me they have no room for a very long time. I got the impression it would take months. Usually, when I make an appointment it takes two-three weeks to see an doctor. They told me it would be even longer. I need answers soon, the medical bills are so high. I am also curious if this could be cancer related. I have a huge fear of cancer. Thank you for reading. (:

I have some of your symptoms, have they checked you for Interstitial Cystitis? Or Irritable Bowel Syndrome? I can't wear tight jeans, I normally wear sweats, I have a lot of other health problems. But the ones you were talking about sounded like IC and IBS. I took the vitamin D, I stopped them, they gave me kidney stones, same thing happened to my brother in law.  I hope you can find a good Dr. and get you going in the right direction, I know how frustrating it is to have so much going on and not getting answers! Your in my Prayers.
