I just what to know what happened, and how I can fix it?

Almost 3 years ago I experienced what felt like 2 pops in my head (right, top) followed by almost fainting and blurry (almost double vision).  I was scared to death and drove home, thank goodness it was only a few blocks away.  My arms went numb as well as my hands and feet and I was just in a complete panic.  I came home a took a nap immediately thinking I would wake up better.  I have never felt better from that day and I still have no idea what happened.  My symptoms are as follows:  light sensitivity, sever anxiety, feeling unstable and unbalanced, neck and back stiffness, blurry vision (usually in the left eye), white coating on tongue (not sure if that has anything to do with anything), every so often I get numbness in my hands and mouth, I have also had pressure in my head since that day that has been getting a little better but has come back as of recently.  One other huge symptom that I still struggle with is air hunger.  I have been to every doctor you could imagine to no avail.  Although I didnt go for 3 months after this happened because I figured whatever it was it would go away.  Mris, cat scans, you name it everything turned out okay.  The only thing that stands out on my blood work is a elevated WBC and a elevated c-reactive protein.  Doctors have all but given up and keep trying to tell me that this is all anxiety.  Although I do believe anxiety is an issue now because of whatever this is, it certinaly didnt  start off this way.  Relevant information months before this happened was a rash all over and getting sick over and over again with throat and then a sinus infection that took over a month to be partially resolved.  Please I have been dealing with this for so long, if anyone can help or shed some light on what specialist I need to go to, I would be extremely grateful!

Your symptoms are due to some condition affecting the nervous system. That your WBC is elevated points to possible infection or autoimmune disease.

Of interest I found an article from the Washington Post entitled "A Complicated Case" of someone who had chronic sinus infections, elevated WBC, neurological symptoms and was finally diagnosed many years later with an autoimmune disease called Sjogren's syndrome.

Specialists to consider include a neurologist, rheumatologist and infectious disease specialist.

I also wanted to add that concentration is horrible and focusing on anything is exhausting and truly gets my vision to get weirder as well as my anxiety to start up.  I have extreme brain fog and cant stand any of these symptoms anymore.
