the doctor don't know what is it i lost ALL MY FINGER NAILS AND TOE NAILS

According to e-medicine/medscape, Dominantly inherited dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa, similar to other junctional and dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa subtypes, can cause nail dystrophy and loss.
A couple of other websites suggests trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole- and Taxotere(Docetaxel) as causes of loss of fingernails and toenails.  Was there any fungus prior to the losses?
