I tried to crack my neck, but it made a weird sound and now hurts to tilt it
When I tried to crack my neck yesterday, instead of making a popping sound it made a sound that sounded like grains being grinded or a fizzling type of sound. Now, I can turn my head to the sides and look up and down, but cannot tilt my head to the side without a lot of pain. If anyone's heard of something like this or knows what it might be please let me know because I want it to heal as soon as possible.
