I want to know why I sometimes wake up weak and shakey.

"Hello, I've just signed up. I came across this site because I am searching for answers to why I sometimes wake up weak and shaky. These morning spells happen occasionally. But when they do come on my hands, arms, face, brain, legs and feet (I guess my entire body) feels this extreme trembling sensation. It's like my heart and every nerve in my body is in overdrive. And there is a weakness that comes with the shakes. I literally cannot get out of bed. I close my eyes and try to go back to sleep, sometimes it works, other times it eventually goes away, while I'm still in bed. I am on two medications for both Panic Disorder and Depression but I can't truly say there's a connection. Even as I type right now, my arms feel weak and heavy and there is a mild numbing sensation in my hands. I've been on my meds for a few years and these spells or fits or whatever they are just started happening in the 1 - 2 years. Are there any new answers as to what this may be? Also, my hands tremor almost all of the time. It's hard to use a spoon or fork sometimes or even write with a pen or pencil. In the mornings it scares me. During the day it frustrates me. Help
