Im having weight loss, vomiting, excessive salvation, and I don't know why

I'm 5'8" and now 95lbs, which is pretty low for my height. I try to eat a lot of high calorie but healthy foods, but I can't seem to gain, or even maintain weight. I'm assuming it's because of the vomiting, but I can't stop that either. It's completely involuntary, and happens almost every time I eat, on average 20m after eating, but can be anywhere from immediate to hours later. My digestion also seems to be very slow if I do manage to keep something down -- I've thrown up recognizable foods that I ate one day in the morning when I wake up the next day. I am constantly nauseous and literally never feel hungry, ever. Even if I don't eat I end up vomiting water or dry heaving anyway. Oh, and the vomiting is often preceded by heavy salvation, to the point that I'm leaning over a sink with what seems like water falling out. I feel like this whole thing has got to be very unhealthy, especially both the weight loss and incessant vomiting in conjunction. I hope someone can help, and thank you so much for any replies ❤❤❤
