Started NuvaRing in Nov 2011 after I began lactating for no apparent reason

I feel like I am completely dull, lack emotions, and personality. For example, during a sudden death in the family I felt no emotional response and confused why. I feel like I don’t know who I am anymore and like my body doesn’t work right at all, like it’s not mine. I feel as if my digestion doesn’t work and my stomach just fills up and fills up. I am beginning to feel lost and hopeless with this. I do not have panic attacks, feel deeply depressed, or feel unusually stressed. These symptoms have persisted for years (some longer than others) and have begun to deeply affect my life the past 2 years (I have failed 2 college classes for being kicked out due to absences for doctors’ appointments, oversleeping, and lethargy in class, as well as recently racked up medical bills after fainting episodes began).

I have seen 2 Cardiologist, Neurologist, and Endocrinologist. I have also recently been seen in the ER after a fainting episode that lasted longer than usual, and wore a TruVue heart monitor for a month. The only things identified by these doctors are: sinus tachycardia and high cortisol level.

Also, I was a primary bed-wetter until 16 years old for reasons unknown.

I'm unsure if I can help u but I'll try and see what I know over my many changes in meds , iskpped Prozac and
Ithium, and yep I,do the zoloft worke wonder fro, about,a,year and then wham I,stated the same hint u did ,pretty week, the identical issue ,heart doctor ,all the above was,in hospital 54 times in 2004! I did have panic attacks multiple times a day, but I went the paxil route it aint for much for, your sex life , u can go longer ug ist a like a train that nevers gest anyone off,so,I,if taille quit the Paxil except inj spurts which has been been very safe, I atke xanx and percocet for the moods and attacks and weirdness in my head and then I started in the Milan fentanyl  it is safer than any opiate and will keep the other stuff to a minimum, it's a bit hard on the shiort tem memory , I feel like TOM In 50 first dates it hey ,I'm in Adair mood no major mood swings none if the craztpy side effect no hear stuff no palpitations ,occsional  sewats , u haev to avoid a lot of outside heat but ,it's worth it if your not in pain I'd start with et Paxil and the xanax ,up the Paxil need be,there are amitripiline that helps with nerves and sleeping I have them if I,want it but I try ti switch around, they tell u OT to npbut hey want to see u comeing allt teh time my doctir and her husband are doctors,in the hig city, near the bay, so they give the straight ups after keft te skiny from my doctors,Zoloft in the sucked , and I was worse than i starred and there are numerous law suits attached o thsi drug include ing death and strokes and etc , BTW did I tell u I had a stoke, by takeing these this drug early on and there's a big while in that wort of my life, I'd be happy to chit chat and see or on ur feelings I'm full disabled as they woot letmme back into my work , so they retired me medically and retired at the age of 44 whoopee.

The episodes with "fainting" sound a lot like seizures to me, especially if you are convulsing.  I have been treated for seizures following the removal of a brain cancer, and they check me for (and I have felt) a lot of your symptoms : headache, clenching teeth, dizziness, lightheadedness, tremors, changes to your vision, and tingling (mine was in my arm).  I would check with a neurologist who focuses of epilepsy.  You might not actually have epilepsy, but you seem to be seizing and maybe they could put you on the right medicines (i take control release lamictal).

I'm surprised that none of the doctors has recommended changing your depression meds.  On and off since 2002 I have taken Paxil, Zoloft, and something else I don't remember what it was called, and they all had side effects.  One made me edgy and nervous all the time, one made me "zombie", one made me have my regular depression gone but my really bad depression phases were even worse.  I'm on Lexapro now, and I think its the best one so far - even though when the doc tried to increase it it gave me sudden fainting/lightheadedness, so i switched back to the lower dosage.  They all kind of work differently for different people.  A friend just started Lexapro to deal with a divocce and she says it makes her hungry and tired, which I don't find at all. You have to find the ones that work for you, which *****, but if you find them its so worth it,

Good luck!  I've been through some of your problems, and  I can imagine how crappy you must feel.  I hope you find your answers.
