Internal upper right chest pain?

by Spudmaster, Aug 30, 2009 11:32PM
For the past month or so whenever I lay on my back with my head and shoulders propped up as if I were watching tv, I get pain in my upper right chest. The pain feels like it is internal. I recently was a doctor but thought it not to be a problem, I checked out fine for my physical so it must not be related to anything he checked. I am 16 year old male and am 5'10 and 125lbs if that information helps, I exercise somewhat regularly but don't have the best diet. If anyone could tell me what might be wrong I would greatly appreciate it.

I typed that wrong I meant I was recently at the doctor and didn't think it was a problem at the time so I did not tell him, I wish I had.
