Is it Lymphoma?

Last summer I started having unexplained bruising on my left arm and breast only. Extreme thirst, dizziness, nausea, hypertension, severe back pain that keeps me awake or wakens me. I also have started having hip and buttock pain, left side only. I gain weight and lose weight rapidly. I am trying to get my doctor to figure out what is wrong.  Last week he sent me to lab to test thyroid and that same day a huge lump appeared on my left arm, near but not on the draw site. The ultrasound showed no thrombosis, but the lump was a swollen portal lymph node. My blood test shows sugar and thyroid are normal but my Protein C level was high. All the abdominal scans and blood work the Dr. Tells me are normal, but I don't thinks It's normal for my arm to keep bruising without injury. Also they can't see the tail of my pancreas because of bowel gas. Just because it isn't seen doesn't mean its normal especially when I'm having abdominal pain. I'm tired of Dr.s telling me I have IBS, but I don't think IBS makes people bruise for no reason. My arms and legs ache like I have a fever. Please help me tell my Dr. What kind of tests I want.

Have you checked your white blood cell count? I used to have very low WBC count which can make one feel pretty awefully - achy, dizzy, nauseous, tired, low-grade fever, allergic to random stuff...
