Is joint and bone pain from disease or weight.

Im in my early twenties I am over weight and stand 6-8 hours for my job and some times walk to and from my job. At first I thought my pain was from my wieght because it was only in my calves and anckles. Then it was in my back, then my hip, then my knees, and in the morning my fingers. Then the pain in my fingers stoped. All the pain spots fell like its from my bones and some times my knees and hip make a pop noise. Should I go to the doctors.

It could be from a combination of things.

Get your Vitamin D checked. Level should be at least 50ng/mL.

Magnesium is probably needed too. You can buy or make Magnesium Oil. It stings, I make it and add it to lotion. It's helpful for pain
