Is my constipation and

I have had chronic constipation, terrible bloating, and uncomfortable abdomen related symptoms for about 5 years. I have been to over forty doctors including many GIs, endocrinologists, chiropractors, and general practitioners, and hospitalized a few times with a GI team as well as Mayo hospital and Denver. I have also never had my menstrual cycle, ever. I'm also following the fodmap diet and off of gluten, dairy, corn, soy, cruciferous vegetables, garlic, onions, and legumes.

Does anyone have any advice? Could this be linked to the amenorrhea?
