Itchy nose!

Hi, this is going to sound really silly.  I have itching on the tip of my nose, on the outside.  It's driving me mad!  There is no rash and it has remained a normal colour.  I do suffer with eczema, but there is no dry skin or rash on the nose.  Any ideas?

Trying applying a hydrocortisone cream/ointment on the area (outside of the nose only).  
You should be able to get this at a chemist shop/pharmacy over the counter.
