Joint pain fever no infection.

23yo female, have pain in left hip for the last month, low grade fever for 3 weeks, worse at night. Dr has taken 2 blood infection tests at 2 week intervals, both came back within normal perimeters.have eczema and another new type of dermatitis that is unresponsive to steroid creams. had acupuncture at my physio, now have a raised red line from the needle site. still in pain, not getting much sleep, extremely exhausted.
