Just anxiety or more?

For about the last week or so I have been having very strange symptoms and feeling both mental and physical; mostly physical.
When I wake up in the mornings I feel very top-heavy and dizzy. The ground feels like it's moving almost like I'm walking on a soft mattress. I feel very foggy headed like I'm forgetting something or like I missed something I was supposed to do.
My hands and feet feel real heavy and like I can literally feel my hands filling with pressure and my legs get very weighted down and wobbly, making it hard to walk and keep my balance.
I try to eat something and I feel completely ill and my mouth gets pasty and makes it hard to swallow, I almost always never finish what I'm eating.
I spend the rest of the day with a feeling like something's about to happen to me; never good things. Like I'm going to faint/pass out or something more morbid and I can't shake the feeling.
My head feels like it's full of water and my ears and back of my head constantly ache. If I turn my head to fast everything looks blurry for a few seconds and I feel completely disoriented. I get the sensation that something is crawling under my skin like a little bug running through my system and makes me uneasy and I try not to scratch but sometimes it makes the feeling stop.
I guess all in all I have not been able to do my normal day to day things because I constantly feel like something's going to happen to me that I cannot control (faint, pass out, flip out).

I've always thought that I had something wrong with me physically and I just find it difficult to cope with these strange feelings; especially lately. I know having anxiety also doesn't make things any easier but I feel like "you have anxiety" is just not cutting it anymore! I feel like something is very wrong with me and these feelings are not going away.

Hello,

One of the various possibilities for your symptoms is hypoglycemiaPls get your blood sugar evaluated. Also get your blood pressure monitored as orthostatic hypotension due to sudden decrease in systolic BP can also cause dizziness.

Sometimes, there are partial or complete blockages in the arteries that supply the brain with blood.  These blockages can cause a temporary loss of blood flow (called transient ischemic attack, or TIA for short), or permanent loss of blood flow (called stroke; also called cerebrovascular accident). This can lead to impaired blood flow through these arteries and dizziness and weakness of the muscles.

Ear infections and other causes like Meniere’s disease or inner ear diseases can also be a possibility. If there is any ear pain or tinnitus along with then it may be the possibility.Pls get yourself evaluated for that. Some other possibilities are dehydration, anemia, infections, endocrine disorders like thyroid, adrenal glands, and pituitary gland disorders, anxiety and panic attacks.

Get the blood sugar evaluated and an ECG done.CT brain is also useful if a neurological cause is suspected. The choice of treatment will depend on the diagnosis.

Pls consult a physician to find the causative factor as treatment will depend on the same.

Do keep us posted on how you are doing.

When doctors say anxiety is the problem it really means they are just using that as a diagnosis and don't know whats going with all your symptoms. I would get your inner ears checked out and get a blood test for anemia.
