Juvenile RA

Does anyone have a young child -- less than 10 years old -- with bumps on their joints, hands and spine, joint pain and sometimes a hoarse or strange voice?  This may be diagnosed as juvenile idiopathic arthritis but may be a rare disease called Farber's Disease.
