Kidney or Pancreas, 36 days of pain

What I do know: I am 28, female, mother of 3, I have endo, functional cysts, mitral value regurgitation, arthritis, & chronic upper left & occasional right back pain, weight loss (I cannot eat or drink much without my back hurting worse), occasional blood in urine, uti & kidney infection negative, very bloated (look 5 months preg), hands, face & feet puffy, I feel heavy in the middle, darvocet does not touch the pain, I urinate 4 times an hour with great volume, I feel kinda itchy all over with no rash or redness, caffine & fatty foods seam to make the back pain worse, 36 days in pain. What does this sound like? My kidneys or pancreas? I go for an ultrasound of my kidneys 10/25. I saw the urologist a few weeks ago & he didn't even do a physical exam to see if my kidneys are swollen. Only comfortable standing or laying on my right side curled up in a ball. Pain is worse sitting, laying on my left side & laying on my back. Anyone out there with similar symptoms? Please help. I will have gone nuts before 10/25. Thank you! JenBeth :o)

I think you need a full evaluation of your pancreas and your liver asap. Hope ou feel better soon.
