LIVER PROBLEMS?

Ok so heres my question, my cousin has been to the doc for several months concering her liver.  They have drew uncountable bottles of blood from her, scaned her and what ever else they can think of to do, to her  she is always in pain in her side doc says he thinks she could have circirous ( dought if spelled right) or she could have a blockage she doesnt drink smoke or anything like that and her doc only comes to town where she is monthly what are some suggestions besides the obvisous to get a new doc to help her figure out this thing all bye the way did I mention that her blood count is always different from the last she is in a lot of pain with no meds at all .  She is getting really depressed about the whole thing please help with any advise for me to pass along to her

I have a question.  Does she take any sort of other unrelated medicine?  (i.e. birth control pills, or tylenol).  I dont know much about liver problems (I even had to post my own question about livers), but I do know that the one bc pill I took made some of the levels in my liver high.
