Leaking water after bath, stomach bloating and pain

Hello, I am looking for some answers or if someone is familiar with this at all! I have noticed in the past 2 years, whenever I take a bath, water gets into my vagina, and my stomach becomes bloated, which I look pregnant again! I get out of the tub, and the water gushes out. Sometimes I have extreme pain.I have never had that before until I had an emergency D and C surgery to clean out the retained placenta after giving birth to my second child. I am wondering if the surgery had to do anything with this current situation? I have seen my doctor twice but no one knows why. I've had two ultrasounds recently-first showed a cyst on my ovary. Nothing new with that. Second ultrasound revealed a calification in my uterus now, and my doctor wants me to come in for an endomertial biposy next month.
I feel like no one knows what I am going through and I want to know what's the problem causing this? I'm a bath lover! :) I am aware that water inside is not good for you at all. I'm just tired of doctors and nurses saying they never heard of this issue. Now this new issue about calification in my uterus. Anyone who may have some ideas about this?  Thank you!

Hi,

Little calcification as such should not be a problem - if the calcification is within the lining of the uterus, it is better to do a hysterectomy and guided biopsy (retained products of conception after a spontaneous or induced abortion can sometimes give rise to this picture, or some other pathology can be associated with calcification). If it is within the myometrium (muscle layer), it is usually due to calcification within a fibroid (a benign tumor of the uterus).

Honestly speaking, I have also never heard of the problem of water getting inside the vagina.
I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted.

Kind regards.
