Left arm tremble

If I'm holding something in my hand, for example my phone I can feel a tremble in my hand, its visible depending on how bad it is on the day but it always feels incredibly exhausted and weak.
I also noticed yesterday, my left leg will shake after I bend down for long periods.
Im 16, don't have any health problems and Im usually quite healthy.
The only time I can remember feeling similar is when I used to rock climb for about two hours nearly everyday and I'd shake like a leaf after climbing a route, back then I ignored it and just put it down to physical strain because it usually went away by the morning.
I don't think its an injury because the 'intense climbing phase' was about a year and a half ago and the tremble has only (constantly) been around for about a month.
So does anyone have any idea about what this might be?
