Left hand and lip numbness?

Hi, this is my first post on here. I'm a 24 year old white male. Last night I got home from a drive with my gf and I went to lay down because my neck was bothering me ( chronic neck pain ) but as I layers there I noticed my left arm went numb, and I had a hard time reading the site I was in, almost like I couldn't focus or understand the words in a way. I went to the er, at that point very dizzy, left hand very numb, lips going numb and vision kind of vertigo like. They took me in right away, took blood urine, said it was fine, doctor did a basic coordination test, eye test, said it was possible to be positional related. This is the first time my hands and lips have ever gone numb but my neck has been getting worse and worse over time so I don't know if it's a nerve problem if I had a stoke, ate something weird. Any ideas would help as the doctor just sent me home saying if it happens again come back.
