Some 3+ years ago I had a leg trauma which then caused a feeling of swelling most specially felt when lying down.
I went to a physical therapist and undergone a few therapy sessions but I didn't improve, they recommended to stop.
I went to a doctor (specializing peripheral vascular surgery), he recommended ultrasound and I was found to have venous insufficiency. He tells me there is no cure to my condition and all I can do is exercise and wear compression stockings. He also do not recommend surgery/
My question is, is there any other type of doctor that is better suited to look at my condition?
