My right upper leg burns and feels numb (especially during night time) and also tingles sometimes.

Thanks for writing to the forum!
There is a chance that you have compression of the spinal nerves in the lumbo-sacral spine region. Deep vein thrombosis, spider veins, deep vein clots are the other possibilities. Please consult a neurologist and a vascular specialist.
