Lightheaded and Palpitation

r9c
Hi,i am 25 yrs old male,2 years ago i started having this palpitations and lightheadeness, been to doctors who run all blood test, thyroid etc and all was normal, consulted a cardiologist who did ecg stress test, resting ecg,echo,24 hour holter which shows 150 bpm,but was told it was normal,a tilt table test where i did feel faint during the test but was told BP and ECG was normal.Went to neurologist who did simple muscle strength test and said it dosent sounds neuro related.Endocrinologist said thyroid was a bit high but retook the blood test which came back normal.

So i am kind of lost, was told this lightheadeness & palpitations could be anxiety but i have to say i wasnt any sort of anxious person or been through daily stress.Do i have to accept this symptoms as all in my head ? I struggle to do any sort of exercise as my ligtheadness and palpitations will get worse everytime i tried to exert myself. So wat other test could i possibly ask the doctors to run?

Since March of 2010 I have had palpitation and lightheadedness.  I found out that I had wpw or Wolff Parkinson white syndrome.  Its a rare disorder that happens to around .03 percent of the world.  It causes palpitations and all the other symptoms that your explaining.  I had an ablation last may which was successful.  Starting at the end of the summer I started feeling the same again and I went to the emergency twice and They found nothing, and told me pretty much its me stressing myself and its in my head.  Even my cardiologist found nothing, but then she did a stress test and found out that I had another arythmia called an atrial tachycardia which I had an ablation done on the 15th of this passed february.  Im still healing so I dont know if this one was successful.  So there are a few things that it could be.  I recommend seeing a cardiologist and having he or she run every test including a simple stress tes

Hi,do u still experience this lightheadness and palpitations daily?
so far,all the specialist doctors i have seen have no idea, some of them sugestead its panic disorder but well,i wasnt even panicking at all, sigh.

The only thing i could think of is maybe theres something going on with the autonomic nervous system.cause my dizziness and palpitations tends to worsen when i walk or stand for a long time, also when ever i tried to do exercise.Maybe a repeat of another Tilt table test?

I get lightheaded and have palpitations also, when I do my own blood pressure it is through the roof, when I go to the doctor it is magically ALWAYS normal, never even slightly elevated.  I would say it was the machine, if I always used the same one, but I use a number of different machines.  Had the thyroid test  THREE TIMES, first two times it came back a bit elevated, then the third it was normal (not sure how this can happen, i was on med for this problem when i was in highschool, but when i graduated and lost medical coverage i stopped, so i guess the problem fixed itself.)  I just turned 26, and now along with lightheadedness and palpitations I am starting to experience servere pain in my upper left abdomen (right under the breast area and under the ribcage) hurts into my chest, back and shoulder as well.  If these symptoms are related I have no idea, but if you find anything out, please post so I will know.
