Lightheadness

I don't know if anyone can offer suggestions. For the last few weeks I've had different symptoms, which has included occassional joint pain and temporary feelings of numbness (specifically in the hands). I've also felt a little lightheaded sometimes. The pain and lightheadness seem to go away whenever I'm active, such as exercising and walking. My biggest concern is that I'm not headed for a stroke. I've also had to deal with quite a bit of stress at work lately. Is it possible that my body is reacting negatively to that?

Thanks. I went to a doctor just to make sure it wasn't a precursor and my catscan was clean. He thinks it's a pinched nerve in my neck, and I'm going to treat that. If it doesn't improve, he has recommended a specialist.

my 2 guesses are

1.your not sleeping well (apnea maybe?), take some sleep aids for a week and get some good sleep and symptoms might go away

2..get an adjustment in your neck from a chiropractor.

i was sleepoing very poorly for months and felt dizzy a lot, took some pills slept well and felt much better,

i get numbness in my arms at night if i sleep with my arms near my head, my chirpractor says to sleep with my arms by my sides as having them up can impinge on a nerve?

?? good luck
