Losing weight fast, unbearable body pain, etc.

Many doctors find me a mystery. I am 26 yrs. old.  Symptoms are extremely high IGE levels, high cortisol levels, inflammation in the lymphnodes throughout the immune system (seen on thermography scan) which result in painful bodily aches, extremely low thyroid, adrenal gland fatigue, anxiety, nausea for months, 20 lb. weight loss in a few months and still dropping..i'm now a size 2 and can't afford anymore weight loss, 2 cysts found on the ovaries meaning an overproduction of estrogen, low testosterone, sweaty palms, cold hands and feet all the time, abdominal pain and pressure when I use the restroom, and shortness of breath where I feel like I got the wind knocked out of me for a few seconds. These symptoms progressed over the last 5 years and doctors cannot solve the problem...lupus and lyme disease are ruled out. Neurologist says "lupus like"..though he found a benign form of Ahlers-Danlos, and spent 2 years searching, but said the diagnosis is probably not in his field. I visited Costa Rica and Nicaragua in the past. I was sick in Nicaragua for a few days vomiting. Infectious disease has not found a parasite yet.  I also had jaw surgery as well, and have recurrent papilloma growth on my vocal chords. Help!!! P.S. what doctor will look at the intestines?

For stomach issues you see a Gastroenterologist. You mentioned a lot of things that have been attribited to or caused by Endocrine issues. Your endocrine system can cause some of the nausea and vomiting.

As far as cysts on your Ovaries, it is not neccessarily a sign of abnormal Estrogen, Progesterone or Testosterone. It's common for many woman to have cysts on their ovaries. It's usually part of your menstrual cycle. Some women have persistant or painful cysts, but that is not always indicative of a bigger problem.

Good Luck

Maybe you are bundling up too much in one diagnosis? Maybe if you treat the symptoms as they are then see what happens. Are you on Synthroid for your thyroid?Have you ever had an EGD done to check out your stomach? You could have H-pylori that could be causing your nausea. Your cysts may be causing problems too and should consider being removed. Make an appointment to see a  gastrointerologist who will then most likely schedule an EGD and a Colonoscopy to help with the intestinal and stomach issue. Any infection can cause swelling in the lymph nodes.
So what I am thinking that it is not just one diagnosis but several. Start with the gastrointerologist. Good luck and my prayers are with you!
