Low body temp

My son went to the doctor today with high fever 103.7 they tested him for flu and strep both negative everything was fine decided it was sinus infection. They gave him a shot or Tordal, Decradon, and Kenalog. He passed out and ceased a little. He came back to almost as quick as he went out. He hasn't ran any more fever but I just went in to check on him and his temp is 95.5 and he is soaked from sweating. Should I take him to the ER I tried with 2 different thermometers under both arms and in the mouth. it only changed it by 1 degree

Hello~It sounds like his fever may have broke, hence, the reason for the sweating. Just keep watching him, and if you notice any other alarming signs, then take him to the ER.
