Low grade fever, fatigue, Please Help

I have been experiencing some strange things with my health lately. Early Tuesday morning I began to feel slightly nauseous and I had a slight head ache. This persisted the rest of the day and most of Wednesday. Wednesday night, the headache and nausea went away and then I began experiencing a persistent low grade fever and feeling of fatigue. This has lasted all of today as well, with my temp reaching 99.1. My normal temp is around 97.5, so anything 98 or higher leaves me feeling feverish. I also noticed that in the morning for the past few days, I have been experiencing a pain when I swallow. The pain is just below my jaw, and usually goes away shortly after I get going in the morning.  Tonsil stones have also been occurring more often and I have been having foul smelling sneezes. I have also had diarrhea but I cant tell whether or not It is related to this or just from anxiety, because I get it often because of anxiety. I know its a lot and I did a bad job of explaining this all, but any insight that could be provided would help me greatly. Thanks

Hope your doctor helps you to get well.  - and I am jealous - I would love to lose that weight!!!  LOL   If you had Strep, it wouldn't go away on it's own.  So it was probably a virus as Jemma116 says.

Yeah, I hate that nasty taste and foul smell when you have an infection in the sinuses and throat.  -  My kids' throats smelled like old corn when they had Strep. Yuck!

You wouldn't get feverish with going on a diet.

Sounds like you may have had a virus.

Glad that you are better.

Thanks for the comment silverfox. I'm feeling better today thank goodness.. I didn't have much of a fever and I generally felt better. The strep concerns me because my throat isn't even bothering me at all. I will get the thyroid looked into though. I have been dieting for quite a while now and I've lost 38 pounds so maybe that could have something to do with it? Anyways, if im not better by Monday i'll definitely go to the doctor. Thanks again for the reply.

Sounds like Strep throat.  And a thyroid problem as well.  A low body temperature usually signals a slow thyroid.  Please see your doctor for an antibiotic.  - Hope you get well soon.
