Low grade fever not any other new symptoms

Since Tuesday I have had a low grade fever. Before that I was having some pins and needles for which I am seeing a neurologist. I also have a fatty liver. All my blood results have been normal. Sometimes I just seem jittery cold other times hot. I have been having extreme panic attacks for awhile now, and have problems sleeping. When I do sleep I wake up in a panic attack. I don't know what is going on. Could my fever be from all my anxiety and lack of sleep for months? Please help!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you also have pins and needles and low grade fever, you should test for Vit B12 deficiency. Vit B12 deficiency causes feeling cold, tiredness, dizziness etc. Low intrinsic factor in gut that hampers absorption, pernicious anemia, parasites in the gut, diet poor in Vit B12, Crohn;s disease, IBS, or poor metabolism by liver are the causes behind it. Please consult a doctor to rule these out. Take a diet rich in Vit B12 which should include meat and animal products, cheese, such as beef, liver, salmon, cod, and eggs. Take B12 supplements and breakfast cereals fortified with vitamin B12. Finding the cause is important.
Apart from this get the thyroid tested along with thyroid antibodies to rule out Hashimotos thyroiditis. This variant of autoimmune thryroid problem often gives normal T3 and T4 results.
Hope this helps. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Thank you, I have had full blood work up's and everything is normal. The fatty liver was diagnosed after a catscan. I was at the ER on Sunday and everything still looked normal. I have changed my diet some and wondering if this is contributing to the cold shaky feeling, or maybe it's the extreme anxiety and panic I am feeling about the fatty liver. The pins and needles has gone away, I do feel cold a lot though. My b12 was normal, thryoid, everything. Because of the anxiety I have been under I have had diarrhea for about 2 months off and on, but mostly on. They have also checked my stool and everything there was normal as well. My stool is usually a mustard color or brighter yellow.
