Lump on chest

Hi.  A few years back I had a pimple on my chest (right underneath the bump that everyone has on their chest) and now that lump is still there.  It's about 1cm in diameter but I'm a bit worried since it's not going away.  When I stretch or move my skin the lump moves with it so it doesn't seem to be attached to anything...  Also, the lump has a bruised color to it (maybe because I keep touching it).  It really hasn't changed in size and I have no symptoms or pain.  Should I be worried about this?

I have always had nodes that have been slight enlarged.  i had one biopsyed when I was 14 and it was not cancer- just 2 lymph nodes that stuck together.  Anyway i have had a increase amount of lymph nodes that have enlarged - along the color bone and a few more along the edge of my armpit.  Can get be normal to get more enlarged lymph nodes and it still not be anything.  Why am i so lucky that my lymph system is so reactive?

I don't think it's a lympnode but I can visibly see the lump in the mirror....  I'll probably go get it checked next week.  =(

are you talking about lympnodes anytime you have a lump for a period of time it is money well spent to go to the doctor no matter how minor.  It could be nothing or it could be something check it out.  good luck.
