Lupus, MS, Lyme???

I'm going crazy trying to figure out what is wrong! Here are my symptoms:
Extreme Fatigue, Muscle twitches all over my body, neck and back ache, hyper active knee reflex. Blood work from by GP came back normal except for ANA positive 1:320 Speckled. (Normal magnesium, tsh, etc.)
I was convinced MS until the ANA came back and now I'm even more confused. Other than the fatigue, I don't think I have lupus symptoms. I have read that some people have positive ANA with lyme disease, but other sites state that is not true. Any ideas?
