MRI Results confusing, are the cysts or the VS spaces causing the headache?

My brain MRI results were a cyst in he posterior fossa, on the right near the midline; a retention cyst in the left maxilliary; prominent Virchow-robin spaces bilaterally in the centrum semiovale and signal void between the basilar and cavernous carotid suggesting vessel patency.  What does this mean? Are any of these the reason that the other day, I ended up in the emergency room because I was dizzy and could only walk left? I have had a migraine ever since (2 weeks). Did I have a stroke?

Hey Demiguise...I need some help. After reading all your posts, I think you can help me.I have a retention cyst in my MAX sinus they say is small so I have no idea how big it really is? I have facial swelling under my eyes especially the left and around my ears and jaw! My short term memory sucks and i feel like I am in a fog! I am very concerned after reading your posts that some of the infection has made its way to my brain? I went to an ENT yesterday and he is doing an MRI of my brain April 11th.You mentioned a special CT SCAN that should be done...Corola Cat? Wrong spelling! What other tests do I need? I will post again when I know the size of my cyst and after my MRI.You said the surgery is major? Up through the nose and out ET? Can you comment a bit more on the procedure? Thanks for your time and helping everyone here:)

My doctor does not seem at all concerned with either of the findings. He precribed me vicoden for what he thinks is a "muscular headache". The "cyst" in my left mac sinus is 1.5 cm and the one in my posterior fossa is 2.1 cm. I think I may get a second opinion. Taking pain relievers is not the answer that I can live with. I have also had some short term memory issues and haven't been able to find the right words I want to use since that dizzy spell that made me run into a wall. I think that if a dr doesn't know, they just say everything is fine. He actually called me and said my MRI was normal, with no mention of the 2 cysts. I was shocked. I will keep you posted, Thanks again for the response! Hope you have a wonderful day!

Thank you so much for your response demiguise! I am worried that I did have an ichemic attack. How did they know that you had one? And so interesting that you shpuld mention BP, because I used to have wonderful BP, then when I had that episode that cause me the vertigo and I could only walk left, my BP reading was high. I woke up yesterday and my left cheek hurt at the top and it looked like my left eye was a little swollen. My cheek feels better today, but is that from the retention cyst in the maxillary?  Thank you again for your help!
