From yesterday my head is hot to touch to others,even im feeling feverish.but when i check my temperature it is normal or sometimes even below normal.i have tried paracetemol but still it hot,im very worried.what could be the reason???

Dehydration sometimes makes the skin very hot and flushed. Are you drinking enough water, and getting enough to eat? (water needs small amounts salts and sugars to work).
