Mass in abdomen that no tests can catch

For a year now I noticed this lump in by abdomen, on the left side, one inch over and two inches to the left of my belly button, near the ribs. I can almost always find it, it's always on the same spot. But sometimes it seems to hide.
My bowel movements changed in the past 6 months, and I seem to find that most of the times my stools disintegrate in the toilet. It's not diarrhea, though.
In the beginning it didn't hurt, it just caused some discomfort, especially when I felt bloated. Not it hurts around the area, specially when I wake up in the morning.
I've had a colonoscopy in January, an endoscopy and a ultrasound in March and a CT in may. None showed anything.
Doctor says it's stress. I know it's not. I've been getting sort of depressed for not finding out what's going on.
Other than that, a year ago my blood test showed slightly elevated b12. And in January it showed vitamin d deficient. I was not taking any supplements. I only started taking supplements after the vitamin d result.
Other blood test were aways normal.
In June this year I had a constant headache almost every single day for like 30 days in a row.

Please help me. It's really hard to live like this, thinking there's something wrong and no doctor finds anything or take you seriously, always diagnosing stress..

I know this is going to sound really weird but it is a real possibility.  If you have parasites, often they grow together in a ball like group as does a tape worm that curls up.  They are not usually seen on tests because they seem to be transluscent.  Get ahold of a natural pathic doctor or chiropractor who knows what you are talking about and do the cleans for the parasite.  Also each day as often as you can...do a abdominal massage in the direction of the poop travel starting on the lower right side going up to ribs then over and down and push.  You will actually feel the lump move and it will seem to hide at times and wiggle.  Gross I know but we humans do get parasites, many doctors just wont even discuss the possibility.
My proof...about 15 years ago I ate everything in sight and did not have a bowel movement for over 12 days...I wore a zapper and took the tincture and within hours started to pass little things that looked like scotch tape pieces....tape worm.

The other possibility is a ball of poop that has hardened in that area of the intestine (which is too high for the colonoscopy to see usually) and by drinking mineral oil (get it cold in fridge and just take a big old swig) and the massage as above, you can help to loosen it and eventually is will move on down and all pain is gone.  Just give it a try.
