Hello. I hope you can help me with this. For the past months I have been having some really bad physical states which I can't really explain. They vary from being tired and nauseated all day to getting a terrible migraine combined with nausea and dizziness that make me afraid I will collapse in the street, and this last state doesn't go away unless I sleep, otherwise it goes on for hours. I also experience pain or pressurePressure ulcer in the right side of my abdomen during these states, which makes me believe it could be related to my gallbladder. Years ago the doctors said my gallbladder is "lazy", and my mother even had surgery to have hers removed.
These migraine states of mine have become more often lately, like one every week maybe.
I am not on any treatment/drugs, so it must be some condition, or just tiredness?
As I don't have medical coverage right now, I would like to know if you can tell me what this could really be and what I should do. It is very unpleasant and I'm afraid it could be a serious medical issue. I'll appreciate every answer. Thank you.
Whenever you have a new migraine issue, it would be remiss to not do a scan of your headHead and face reconstruction Head injury Head lice Indications of head injury Radial head injury to check for a tumor(s). Since you don't have medical coverage, I'd try to make it count by asking for a dynamic MRI of the pituitary and the whole brain (with and without contrast) at the same time, if at all possible.
Your liver is also on the right side as well. Perhaps an ultrasound of the organsOrgan-1 nr on that right side you might ask for as well. If you tell them you don't have insurance, you might be surprised that they may work with you on the paying for things, telling you of where to apply for financial assistance and/or offering a monthy installment plan- don't let no insurance stop you from seeking medical attention when you are feeling so poorly! You have to consider your priority- what's more important to you and your loved ones, your money or your life? Then, please go seek some help and come back and tell us what you found out! :0)
Hi
Welcome to the forum!
PressurePressure ulcer in right side of abdomen, dizziness, nausea and headache can all be due to a very bad case of acidity with duodenalPeptic ulcer ulcer and gastricAdjustable gastric banding Culture of gastric tissue biopsy Gastric cancer Gastric culture Gastric suction Gastric tissue biopsy and culture Gastric ulcer Gastroparesis Peptic ulcer Pyloric stenosis Weight-loss surgeries reflux. There is a chance that this is due to hiatal hernia too.
Treatment is a combination of drugs to reduce the acid and lifestyle changes. You can try these and see if they help.
Omeprazole is a good drug to combat this. Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. However I would recommend you see a doctor and take medication under a doctor’s supervision. Avoid heavy meals and eat frequent small meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Go to bet at least 2 hours after food. Maybe these tips will help you. You should see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system) or a physician for this if these tips reduce your symptoms.
Otherwise if these tips do not help, you will need to consult a neurologist to evaluate the cause for the headache.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
