Mild constant headache?

I do have a panic disorder so ive been told , most of my symptoms were cardiac related such as pain in my left shoulder and chest , numbness in my left arm and throat ,and flutters of heart and lungs, after having these symptoms for 3 months they have all subsided alot and im almost normal again , but lately ive had this small dull headache that goes away and comes back throughout each day its been almost a steady week with this , its getting annoying , i told my doc and they took blood , im waiting for the results . has anyone else had this its always in the same spot too which i end up thinking its something serious , like a TIA . hhhheeelllpp! lol

So sorry you have such high anxiety. Feeling like you are going to die is one of the symptoms. I went on xanas for a few days trying to get off of Tramadol for my back pain. I thought I was going to die from the side effects of xanax, I felt faint, no appetite general sick feeling and so forth. It is helpful to some and not for others. Glad to hear your heart is ok and no arhythmia. Have you tried biofeedback? It really helped me with the anxiety and fear of getting reinjured from my back problem. They put monitors on my heart beat and respiration to check to see if you have the right breathing and to lower the flight or fight response. It tooks some months and practise but it seems to have lowered it most of the time. I recommend it. How are you sleeping?

yes i have had stress test, ekg's , heart monitors , heart ultrasound the works they told me it was a panic disorder . im only taking .50 of xanax when needed which is maybe once every few days now and i understand xanax can cause headaches but the ones i get are always in the same spot back lower left of my head and they spark my mind into thinking TSA or beginnings of a stroke. resulting in panic attack . everyday since the first attack i go through times where i think im gonna die , its horrible my life has been altered , i need the old me back.

The cardiac types of symptoms sound like a arrhythmia. Have you been tested for that? They first do a EKG then if negative they do a 24 hour halter monitor that wear. I have a benign one that sometimes makes my heart flutter and makes me cough. As for the  dull headache, it may be a side effect of a medication you are on.
