Multiple symptoms/ opinion needed

I am a 20 year old female who has multiple symptoms and I am wondering if they could be connected.  I was hoping that someone will recognize all of these symptoms or share an experience similar to mine etc. The first of these started 6 months ago and has been gradually getting worse. I am experiencing :

- swollen ankles and feet (not made any better or worse by exercise or movement)
- constant abdominal/ lower back pain ( started two weeks ago)
-chronic fatigue
-sores in the nose
-decrease in urination
- headaches and dizziness

Now as I said I'm not sure if any of these are connected. But if anyone has any idea what I am dealing with, your opinion would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Are you on any type of birth control? If so, when did you start taking it and is it a normal dose? Your swollen feet can mean a lot of different things, are you breathing ok? Is there a pain in your right side behind your ribs? What color are the whites of your eyes?

hi, have you asked your doctor or a rhuematologist about this possibly being Lupus? it seems to affect younger women, see if there is any family history of it, even if not it can happen. most of those symptoms sound like it could be. but its nothing that you cannot live with. maybe its not but it doesnt hurt to ask! good luck  to you.

Don't count on this- only a possible opinion- if those symptoms are connected, maybe it's diabetes- just something to consider
