Muscle inflammation

by bmix, Oct 18, 2006 12:00AM
I have been experiencing pain in my right thigh for at least a year now. Ignored it figuring I am only 24 and semi-active. I got an X-ray done and everything looked fine except I had some muscle inflammation and was prescribed celebrex. Took it for 7 days and for a week and half afterwards no pain. The pain has come back and has been aggravating my anxiety. I have also experienced dull pains in the right armpit to the same extent as the leg pain. I had those pains for just as long as the pain in the leg.

I have had other symptoms which caused ER and doctor visits which inturn caused many test i.e. rib-series X-ray, CT Scan on my head, all kinds of blood work. MRI done in the chest. All those test and others I have left out were brought about because of pain in the torso. conclusion for those were all normal. So diagnosis was Anxiety and small ulcers in the stomach after a Upper GI. I mentioned this part because everthing comes back normal. Also I have gotten a grasp on the Anxiety and it only seems to bother me when my leg and arm pit pain get servere.

Again my concern is my leg and armpit.Any suggestions appreciated.
