My Arm Fell Asleep for At Night And im still having problems

so basically last night i slept really awkwardly with my hands between my head, when i woke up i couldn't move my left arm for a while till the blood started coming back in. After i got up and went to the bathroom my arm went really warm  as the blood started rushing back in, which i understand what is a normal symptom after an arm falls asleep for a long period of time. But now it is the next day and im kinda worried about my arm, because it is feeling slightly numb and im getting a sort of tingling pain around my arm, it is also a a bit weaker than usual kinda like when u get a cold, i tried to pushups to see what is going on and i couldnt do them properly coz my arm was all weird. If anybody has any suggestions on waht is going on or how to make my arm feel normal again i would appreciate it alot, thanks... bye :)

massage it , and rub it constantly, exersise it by doing cardio and getting blood pumping again.  youll be fine, sleep on your back from now on

A 'neuropraxia'. Should settle without problem. Do consult doc.
