My hand is paralyzed.

I'll start off by saying I live in Idaho & I'm severely allergic to poison oak/ivy/sumac, so bad that you'll find pictures of me in the medical texts because of when I was hosptalised for it as a child (over 75% of my body covered with massive puss-filled hives/blisters). Anyways, I have special soap that gets the plant's oil out of my skin that I use whenever I've been in the woods. Yesterday a small blister appeared on my wrist unusually fast (within an hour of being in the words), so I used my soap & I thought I was good until I woke up this morning- my hand on the side with the blister is basically paralyzed. I can barely move three fingers & I can't move my thumb or raise my hand (unless I raise my whole arm). Yesterday I was 100% certain it was poison oak/ivy/sumac but now I'm not. It's a long drive to my doctor from where I live so I'd rather not go unless I absolutely have to. I was thinking of waiting a day to see if it gets better- what do you think? Also, my hand is not swollen or red & I don'y have a fever but I do feel lightheaded every once in a while. Thanks for your comments.
