Mystery

My husband is a healthy 36 year old man. We were sitting at the dinner table finishing dinner and he said he didn't feel right. He became bright red and flushed from the chest to his head. Saying he felt hot and didn't feel right I thought he was having an allergic reaction, within in matter of minutes he past out cold. When he came to he was drenched in sweat and awake but not speaking. Upon being taken to the hospital he was shaky and feeling ill. They released us after doing several tests and tell us everything was normal. Two days later he had more blood work taken and a ct of his chest which was again normal.  The following day he had another episode but made it to a local fire dept before passing out. That same day he would have an episode and then he would be ok. He was up and down all day. The day after that he was driving again to work and felt he was going to black out, made it to the emergency dept. where he was given a head ct and more blood work, all came back normal. He is currently admitted to the hospital, stress test, Eco, and all blood work is normal. He continues to have these episodes where he becomes visibly flushed and feels as though "something comes over him." They have no clue what else it could be, please help!! He is a roofer and cannot get anywhere near a roof with this going on,

I have bad anxiety attacks n it's just like that. There is no real trigger they just happen. If it is anxiety he can b put on meds he will still feel them coming on but if he takes daily meds and something they prescribe him with him at all times he will feel it coming on and can usually stop it from coming on full blast

Do you know if they performed a EEG to see if by some chance it is related to seizures?

I don't have an answer but maybe another place to look for answers, my dad recently was having the issue that if he would crouch or bend down even for less than minute, even getting up from a chair too fast, he would get a head rush, turn read and get tunnel vision and then a massive headache, like a brain freeze he described to the point of passing out. they ran all the tests your husband listed including blood pressure checking, stress tests ct's ,mri's blood work the list goes on. what they determined was it was a complication of 2 of the meds he was taking, after tweeking the doses the issue has happened less and less. I don't know if this will help, just thought it might be another thing to check :/
