NO PAIN...

hi...i have a problem with my ear and i dont know whats wrong with it...i get these weird things in my ear and at night i go to sleep like i do every other night, regularly and when i wake up i have blood all over my ear and my pillow and what i dont get is that i dont get any pain at all...the bloods just there all dried up and everything. This has been happening like every other night for a pretty long time too....i want to know whats wrong and my docters cant find anything wrong with it...i dont know what to do??

Bleeding from the ear can be due to foreign body in the ear, infected wax, perforation of the ear drum with internal ear infection, ear polyp, ear boil, clotting disorders, middle ear infections and sudden pressure changes.
The ear would need to be examined by an otoscope (a device to look inside the ear) by an ENT specialist to know what is causing the bleed.
