Nausea , Yellow Stools, Headache and Weightloss

Started a month ago with violent dysentery and nausea. Hospital identified this as a virus. One week of normal and then heart racing and abnormal ecg. Hospital identified a murmur and valve issue but specialist said ok. Nausea and yellow stools continue plus pain in the chest. Given Nexian and a tube down the throat... reflux... Nexian is swapped to Somach to limit Nausea.Specialist scans Liver ( small cysts) no issue, pancreas fine , Kidneys, Gaull Bladder...all Ok Blood work fine, no blood etc in stool sample. Now doing a Fat test on stools, still yellow, no smell and undigested food visable. Nausea, no appetite ( eat to survive) dry mouth at night 8 kilo weight loss. Now testing bile ducts and head scan...... Very pale, wake up every morning and feel shocking until after lunch, nausea and spinny head. I am still under Medical care but as it has been over a month and I still  have the symptons and NO answers. I am 49 and up until one month ago excellent health, dont smoke, occasional drink and vegetarian for 16 years.

Your symptoms are all symptoms of viral hpatitis. Did the doctor test you for hep C and B? He should, you have the symptoms of it plus some cysts on your liver that should be looked into further. You can have hep C and have normal enzymes so have him look further into your liver. Many people have it who do NOT have a history that would suggest it, doctors often miss it. Ask to be tested for hep c and b so you know for sure that isnt going on. An ultrasound is all he did for the cysts? Id ask for a CT scan of your liver and/or a liver biopsy. If you drink alcohol I strongly suggest you stop until you figure this out.
