Nausea, stomach pain, and very cool forehead temperature

My 12 year old awoke at 3:00 a.m. with stomach pain, nausea, and a very cold forehead.  It was a little scary how cold her forehead felt.  I could not find a thermometer.  I gave her some tylenol and sat with her until she fell asleep.  She said she felt better in the morning.  She is ADHD and on Concerta and Risperadal(at night).  She just started the Risperadal in the evenings.  Could that have something to do with it or should I take her to be seen by the doctor?

my son has adhd is on risperdal during the day, and melatonin at night. melatonin is an illegal drug in my country but can be purchased over the counter in the states, it is a completely natural substance produce in the brain but is found to be lacking in kids with adhd. Aidan took a good 2 to 3 weeks to get past the side effects of the risperdal but after that period it worked great. My advice would be to bear with it but no harm in getting your daugther checked over by her doctor.
