Nausea after pregnancy

I would like to know if anyone has experienced nausea after giving birth. I had no health problems or any stomach issues until giving birth to my daughter 11 years ago. Now I suffer everyday with constant nausea. I feel full after only eating a couple of bites of a meal. I have been to so many doctors trying to narrow this down and no one can give me any answers! Please HELP! If you have experienced this or is currently going through this please reply.

Pregnancy is associated with acidity. In some cases the acidity is over after birth of the child. In others it persists. This acidity could be associated with esophageal reflux (GERD), where the food in your stomach is thrown up into your food pipe or esophagus. Another possibility is hiatal hernia, where a portion of stomach herniates into the chest cavity through the diaphragm. However there are chances that you have a stomach ulcer. Omeprazole is a good drug to combat this. Many over the counter options are available. Your chemist can help you with this. Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. However I would recommend you see a doctor and take medication under a doctor’s supervision. Avoid heavy meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food. Maybe these tips will help you. You should see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system) for this if these tips reduce your symptoms.
